At DiVinity N HumAnity, Inc., we are a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving adults with special needs, seniors, and veterans through compassionate care and community support. Because of the nature of our mission and nonprofit status, we do not offer refunds or returns on the following:

All donations made to DiVinity N HumAnity, Inc. are considered charitable contributions under IRS regulations and are non-refundable. This policy is in place because:

• Donations are immediately allocated to essential programs, services, and operational costs.
   
• The IRS treats donations as irrevocable gifts made voluntarily for public benefit.
   
• We provide donors with written acknowledgment that can be used for tax deduction purposes, which formalizes the donation as final.
   

We are deeply grateful for every contribution, and all funds are used responsibly to fulfill our mission. If a donation was made in error or a duplicate charge occurred, please contact us within 7 days to discuss possible resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Services provided by DiVinity N HumAnity, Inc.—including adult day programs, life skills training, or transportation assistance—are customized and scheduled in advance. Therefore:

• Payments made for services are considered program fees used to cover staff time, resources, and operational planning.
   
• Once a service has been rendered or scheduled, refunds are not applicable due to the preparation and cost already incurred.
   
• In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling need, we ask that families give advance notice, and we will do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements.
